I arrived at the hotel expecting a luxurious five-star experience, but I was left a bit underwhelmed by some aspects. The rooms were spacious and came with a nice view, but the noise from the live music below was disruptive. The service was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the dining options could use more variety. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, but be wary of the chaotic pool area due to unsupervised children.
